Come to class and learn what foods to eat for energy, how to eliminate the energy wasting foods and create delicious dishes that will energize and inspire you. Your taste buds will be delighted!.
This is a combination of hands on and demonstration Cooking Class where 3 recipes will be made, prepared, tasted, and enjoyed. There are so many ingredients that are “hidden” in our foods that we consume, the dishes we create will not have any “unknown ingredients”. Each recipe will be gluten free, dairy free, and processed sugar free. Learn that real, whole foods, on their own, or paired with health boosting spices and herbs, or in combination with other whole foods can and will taste amazing.
